We hope that you like the update to Sentori’s user interface as much as we do. As well as being prettier, it’s more practical too, making use of the latest web technologies like HTML 5.

The most important thing about this update, though, is that it’s taking us a massive step forward in terms of usability and technology: it’s laid the groundwork for us to do so much more. It can help us develop more quickly and consistently, allow us to cleverly manage server capacity, and it's the basis for automating many of our business processes.

We’re continuously investing in Sentori’s development and we’re determined to make it the best and easiest to use email marketing platform for small to medium businesses. We’re confident we’ve just taken a significant step forward. 

So what’s new?

Sign in gateway

When you visit Sentori’s sign in page you are now re-directed to our new gateway (http://my.sentoriapp.com). This gateway is part of our new billing platform, affiliate network features, template system, and much more. There’ll be more on all of those things in the coming weeks.

A new standard in reporting

Sentori’s updated summary report sets a new standard for email analytics and clarity of reporting for our industry. All your key performance indicators (KPI) are shown as big friendly numbers, whilst, to the left side, you’ll find the historical trend chart. 

The historical trend chart marks the current email’s performance as a purple bar; previous sends to the same Mailing List are grey. At a glance you can now answer the question “am I doing better or worse?” If you hover over one of the bars, it will tell you about the email it refers to; clicking a bar opens a preview window where you can actually see the email.

Contact send history

When you’re viewing a contact’s profile, there is a new tab which shows you the history of emails that they’ve been sent. It will also show you what interactions that contact made with the email (if any).

We’d like to invite our users to join our Sentori User Group. Being involved in this group will give you early preview access to up-coming features, a chance to have your opinions heard by the development team, and a chance to help influence the development roadmap.
