List Management
Our experience working as an email marketing agency have taught us that one thing rings truer than anything else: marketing strategies succeed or fail on the strength of contact management.
In developing Sentori, we took a step back and looked at why some of our clients were succeeding (and where others were falling short) with their contact management. The most successful organisations had a clear idea of the various groups and demographics their contacts fell into and what they were interested in. They also knew which contacts were never going to open their emails and were effectively diluting the value of their marketing lists. Often they knew this despite the email marketing software they were using, rather than because of it.
With Sentori, we hope that we have created software that does the hard work of managing your contacts.
Easy importing
If your contacts are in Excel, Access, CSV or text files, Sentori's interface makes it simple and painless to import them. We'll help you organise your recipients however you need to -- by type, demographic, subscription preference, and much more. Our importer will deal with duplicate contacts and bad addresses, helping to keep your database clean.
Mailing Lists
Create as many Mailing Lists as you need to help create segments in your data. In Sentori a Mailing List can represent a type of newsletter or a category of contact. Sentori will report on and profile each of your Mailing Lists, tracking sends, growth, and unsubscribes.
Audiences
Do you work with your data in a more ad-hoc way or have lists generated from your CRM system? Sentori has Audiences, which represent less formal ways of create data segments. If you upload data, Sentori automatically turns that into an emailable Audience.
Tags
Gain deep insights into your contacts and profile their interests and behaviour. You may have seen tagging used in blog posts to help categorise what the post is about. Sentori has tags for contacts. For example, if a contact clicks a link about about golf in your email then Sentori will tag that contact as a "golfer". Tags are weighted too; if contacts regularly click on certain type of links, you start to build up a highly detailed picture of who they are and what they are interested in.
