Complaint handling

Should we be contacted by any individual claiming to have been sent an unsolicited message through the Sentori application we will investigate the matter thoroughly.  We will always contact the sending organisation to allow them to give an explanation of why a particular message has been sent and we expect a prompt response.

We will suspend the account of any organisation against whom a complaint is upheld. 

How to complain

If you believe you have received an unsolicited email from an individual or organisation using Sentori, your first action should be to contact them directly. If you have received a marketing email from them legitimately, very often they will be able to tell you when and how you signed up for it. Remember, it is very easy to forget what we sign up for or the emails we agree to receive.

Once you have contacted the organisation and are either unhappy with their response, or do not receive a response, please forward a copy of the original email to abuse@sentori.co.uk and our complaints team will investigate the matter.
